FAQs
How many youth will be on a roster?
With some exceptions, we generally hold a max of 12 tournament players on a roster. We do have development player options.
What is a development player?
Development players are for players that want to be a part of the program but will not be on an active tournament roster. They can practice with the team, learn our style and brand of baseball, come to tournaments if they choose, etc but they will not play in games.
This option is usually for the following people:
An athlete with other sport commitments, so they will miss a lot of the baseball season but still want to be apart of the program
An athlete that just might not be where they need to be developmentally, but want to get the best instruction and be around high quality coaching
An athlete that is changing or looking for a new club that joins in the middle of a season. Rarely will we let a new member jump in as an active roster player once our rosters are set. We encourage players to finish the season with whatever team they are playing on and honoring that commitment. However, if they do not, and they want to join mid season, a development player is usually the first option.
Do you allow refunds?
We do not allow refunds.
Is my athlete guaranteed playing time?
No, playing time is earned and the best players will play. We set the lineup with the intention of placing a highly competitive baseball team on the field. With that being said, we want all youth to play and play a lot. We are always looking for opportunities to get youth in the line up when and where it makes sense.
Do you allow guest players?
We never have and do not plan on it. All players that play in a tournament are strictly from within our program. The only reason we may consider it, is for players safety. For example, if we are down a catcher or a pitcher and bring one on so no one is overthrowing.
